Ghaf Kitchen were proud to cater for the launch of The Dubai Design and Fashion Council.
As Dubai’s premier caterer for events and parties, we were approached to create a unique and memorable event for this landmark launch. Our proposal of hosting the launch on the top of The Fairmont Hotel car park on Sheikh Zayed Road was approved and we set about creating a look and feel that was unique for the event and the location. Clearly a launch like this and catering to Dubai’s very sophisticated and Avant Garde design and fashion audience required something special without being fussy. Our approach was to keep it edgy and cool and in keeping with the car park urban vibe. Wooden palette tables and clear ghost chairs set the scene. The menu was mezza in style, offering a broad selection of vegetarian, fresh fish and meat dishes to share with a slight Arabic/Levant influence.
